1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern the content of and relate to your use of the website www.ieleadandlearn.com (the ‘Site’) and apply to any product or service on this site, including eBooks and subscriptions.
1.4 You must not attempt to circumvent the security features of this website, or tamper with, hack into, or in any other way disrupt or disable or make available any computer system, server, website, router or other device used to host this website. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
1.5 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions. 3. Use of eBooks
3.2 Your right to use the Site is not transferable or assignable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable or assignable, except in exceptional agreements by express permission from Inspiration in Education.
3.3 We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site.
3.4 We have the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel transactions at our discretion, if we believe that the conduct is in violation or breach of any applicable laws, or of IE’s terms and conditions.
3.5 Inspiration in Education is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
3.6 We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
3.7 Permissible Uses: The following terms apply to digital products, online resources and downloads unless otherwise specified in the individual terms of supply or user terms:
- Download a product if you purchase the right to do so. Please note, we do not guarantee the continued availability of our download products. It is your responsibility to look after your download product and you may want to back it up as it might not be available for subsequent download.
- Use (load into temporary memory or permanent storage) a single copy of the product on only one device at a time. If this device is linked to a network then the product may only be installed in a manner such that it is not accessible to other machines on the network.
- Transfer the product from one device to another provided that you only use it on one device at a time.
You may not:
- Re-sell, distribute, forward, rent or lease the product or any part of it
- Copy any part of the product, except where specifically indicated otherwise or for back-up purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the product or convert it into any other format or medium
- Use the product on more than the permitted number of devices at a time
- Make changes to the content of any product except where we expressly allow you to do so, and then only to the extent that we have permitted
- Bypass, modify, defeat or circumvent security features that protect our digital products, eBooks or online resources.
All content and software supplied to you by us is our property or that of our affiliates or of third parties who have granted us rights and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
4. Purchase of products and payment terms
4.1 We accept a variety of different payment cards, which include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others covered by the ‘Stripe’ payment platform via WooCommerce. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service, which may also be modified from time to time. We also accept payments by the Paypal platform via WooCommerce. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to be bound by PayPal’s acceptable use policy. By agreeing to make a payment via Stripe or Paypal, you represent and warrant to us that any details and information you provide to us are neither fraudulent nor inaccurate and you authorise us to share such details and information with Stripe. You are responsible for all transactions processed through the Service and/or Stripe and/or Paypal. Inspiration in Education is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed through Stripe. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If you process a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed.
4.2 If you are paying by credit or debit card or by Paypal, payment is taken immediately the order has been placed. Once payment has been received Inspiration in Education will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to the email address you provide at point of purchase. The confirmation email will include your personal details and the total price. Should the confirmation email not arrive in your inbox, please first check your Junk/Spam folder. Any terms sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract. If for some reason your credit card is declined or not approved, we will not activate your eBook(s) and/or Subscription purchase until full payment has been completed.
4.3 If you have requested an invoice, your order details will be sent with the invoice. Payment can be made by cheque, BACS or credit card. Your eBook purchase will not be complete until payment has been received.
4.4 Promotions apply to listed titles only, which are subject to change and availability without notification.
4.5 You acknowledge that:
(a) all information and specifications relating to the Products and any material produced by us are approximate only; and
(b) the colour of the items or designs of the covers of books shown on this Website may vary from the Products supplied to you under any Contract.
4.6 Please note that once an eBook is purchased, you cannot cancel a contract and payments for eBooks cannot be refunded.
5. Third Party Goods, Services, Contributions and Links
5.1 We have no liability for the quality or type of services or goods provided by any third party we may mention on this website or to whom our website may be linked; it is for you to make your own judgement about them. We make no warranties or representations whatsoever about any other websites, microsites or any other material that you may access via a link from this Site.
5.2 Any opinion, advice, statement, service, offer, or information or content provided or made by any third party on this website, or on any website to which this website is linked, is that of the author or provider, and not of Inspiration in Education. We do not control or endorse it in any way. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by or in connection with any use of, or reliance on, any information, materials, goods or services available on or through any other third party website or material linked to our Site. Any use of third party websites is at your own risk, and is covered by their terms and conditions.
6.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Inspiration in Education and its affiliates harmless from any liability, losses, costs, claims and expenses related to or arising from your violation of the Terms and Conditions or use of our Site, service, content and tools. This indemnity includes both any liability to third parties, and other costs and losses incurred by Inspiration in Education.
7.1 We intend to provide the most up-to-date product information available, including pricing and product availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or fitness for purpose of the Content provided on the Websites or through the Service or that use of the Websites will be uninterrupted, virus free or error-free. We have no liability for any errors, omissions or inaccurate information on the Websites or available through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspiration in Education, its authors or other third party suppliers shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from any errors or omissions in the content available or not included in the site; or an interruption to the supply of the site or the content. Information provided on this Site does not constitute advice for your circumstances and is provided on the basis that we have no liability for that information or material.

Inspiration in Education reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that IE shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
7.3 We are not responsible for how the Content on the Website is used, is interpreted or what reliance is placed on it. We do not accept any responsibility for the results of any action taken on the basis of the information provided on the Websites or available through the Service. We have no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our website or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our website, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it.

8.3 These Conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. The place of performance will be England.
8.5 The Contract constitutes the entire understanding and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in relation to its subject matter and supersedes any previous agreement between the parties as to such subject matter.
